  • Develops and builds relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Produces appropriate sales forecasts and is able to capitalize on/ compensate for market changes.
  • Determine Clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Identify new markets and customers’ needs and pitch prospective customers.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Recognizes, anticipates, and solves customer problems resulting in business opportunities.
  • Achieves sales goals and objectives in assigned territory as derived by business strategies and marketing plans.
  • Creating goals consistent with business strategy.

4 - 6 years of sales experience in Real Estate.Ability to grow sales by developing key relationshipsHighly self-motivated and target driven.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)Remains focused despite challenging circumstances.Willing to go ‘above and beyond to make the sale.Bachelor's Degree
