- Documentation and Reporting
- - Maintain detailed records of courier activities and customer interactions.
- - Generate reports on delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
- - Work closely with the warehouse and branches to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- - Coordinate with other customer service representatives to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- - Identify and address any issues that may impact delivery efficiency or customer satisfaction.
- - Develop and implement solutions to improve courier performance and customer service processes.
Qualifications- Bacherlor Degree in a related field is preferred.- Proven experience in customer service, logistics, or coordinator or a related field.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.Skills- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Familiarity with retail fashion industry standards and practices is a plus.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Working Conditions- This position may require working in fixed shift and, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate delivery schedules and customer needs.- The role involves working in an office setting with frequent communication with couriers and customers.
