Customer Service Coordinator

  •  Courier Coordination
  1.   - Assign daily tasks and delivery schedules to couriers.
  2.   - Monitor and track courier routes to ensure efficiency and timely deliveries.
  3.   - Manage any changes or adjustments to courier schedules as needed.
  • Traffic Monitoring
  1.   - Use traffic monitoring tools and data to anticipate and mitigate potential delivery delays.
  2.   - Communicate with couriers about traffic conditions and provide alternative routes when necessary.
  • Customer Service
  1.   - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  2.   - Resolve customer issues related to deliveries, including delayed or missing packages.
  3.   - Provide accurate information regarding order status, shipping, and delivery times.
  • Documentation and Reporting
  1.   - Maintain detailed records of courier activities and customer interactions.
  2.   - Generate reports on delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration
  1.   - Work closely with the warehouse and branches to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  2.   - Coordinate with other customer service representatives to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Problem-Solving
  1.   - Identify and address any issues that may impact delivery efficiency or customer satisfaction.
  2.   - Develop and implement solutions to improve courier performance and customer service processes.

 


Qualifications- Bacherlor Degree in a related field is preferred.- Proven experience in customer service, logistics, or coordinator or a related field.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.Skills- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Familiarity with retail fashion industry standards and practices is a plus.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Working Conditions- This position may require working in fixed shift and, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate delivery schedules and customer needs.- The role involves working in an office setting with frequent communication with couriers and customers.
