Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Direct manager and departmental managers to establish performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance evaluation processes.
- Support the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of employee performance by collecting and analyzing performance data.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
- Identify organizational development needs by conducting assessments, surveys, and interviews to gather feedback and insights.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs related to performance management, leadership development, and other OD initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on performance management outcomes, trends, and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining appropriate documentation and utilizing HR information systems or other relevant tools.
- Act as a resource person for managers and employees, providing guidance and support on performance management and OD-related matters.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of performance management and OD initiatives with overall organizational goals.
Experience:From 2 to 3 years of related Job Function / Experience.1 years in Same Role / Position is a plus.Education: Bachelor degree from reputable University.
