- Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Manage inventory levels, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Oversee logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping, customs clearance, and warehousing.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as engineering and production, to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement and logistics activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement and/or logistics.Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with Oracle procurement applications (Oracle Fusion Procurement) a strong plus.
