A customer service representative is required for a real estate company in 6 October City.

  • Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution
  • Successful candidate should be able to handle all customers inquiries received timely and professionally.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying their problems.
  • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
  • Experience in real-state is must
  • Multitasking and time management.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file related documents and reports.
  • Preparing a customer database and updating it
  •  Develop executive plans to achieve the company’s goals.
  •  Providing creative suggestions to improve the level of service.
  • Building a successful business relationship with customers.
  •  Develop solutions to existing or expected problems within available limits.
  •  follow up with clients on the latest construction developments in the units.
  • Follow up on everything new about the company and deliver it to the customer (new projects and finishing offers).
  •  Follow up on the deliverables plan.
  •  Preparing the required reports

Experience in customer service 1 : 3 yearsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, google sheets, emailing.Ability to troubleshoot key issuesStrong communication skills.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
