Customer Service Agent | French Speaker

  • Respond to customer-submitted inquiries in a timely manner via Calls, Emails & chats
  • Queue-based, typing work will account for approximately 90% of the role.
  • Training, 1:1s/ team meetings, reviewing guides/resources will account for about 10% of the time.
  • Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues with their Account, Billing, Domains, Google Workspace and other inquiries
  • Independently meet targets across Quality, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction, in any channel.
