  • Monitor and update Multicolor machine software licenses for all dealers on a daily basis, ensuring that all licenses are up-to-date and in compliance with Jotun's standards.
  • Generate comprehensive monthly reports on Multicolor team activity, including installations, plans, breakdowns, response times, and network status. These reports will provide valuable insights into the performance of the Multicolor team and help identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor and follow-up weekly maintenance for the Multicolor team, ensuring that all machines are operating at peak efficiency and minimizing downtime
  • Maintain and update the dealer database and Multicolor tasks in the Integrated Financial System, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Analyze and report on tinting machine log files, providing valuable insights into machine performance and identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Process and manage multicolor spare parts requests, ensuring that all requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Jotun's dealers, handling communication, surveys, and customer complaints. Your exceptional communication skills and customer service orientation will help ensure that Jotun's dealers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction

Seek candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in support functions, administration, or customer service.Fluency in both English and Arabic is required for this role.Bachelor's degree is a must
