Compensation and Benefits Section Head

  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to the BTECH's strategy and business goals
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and BTECH objectives
  • Use job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications to weighting roles accurately
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
  • Research compensation and benefits policies and to ensure compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive
  • Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses
  • Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
  • Communicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
  • Developing profit-sharing, incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs.
  • Design reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for senior executive team

Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS)Strong people and project management skills.Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systemsExperience with employee satisfaction surveysExperience in salary surveysStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
