We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mall Operation Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our mall.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of operational procedures, policies, and standards to enhance efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections of the mall to identify maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and security issues, and take necessary actions to address them promptly.
- Coordinate and lead a team of operations staff, including HK, security, and other support personnel.
- Coordinate with departments such as leasing, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Support in preparing the operation budget including expense monitoring, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to shopping mall operations, incorporating innovative ideas into the mall's operations.
