Organization Development Supervisor

  • Implement & Ongoing update the organization structure.
  • Review, Update, create, develop and revise job descriptions, job evaluation for all positions in the company and the correct grading of the jobs.
  • Design Competency framework, orientation program and retention plan.
  • Prepare & apply the KPI's with the department heads. 
  • Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. 
  • Handling & Attend performance appraisal meetings. 
  • Follow up on the performance appraisal and coach managers on performance review process.
  • Formulating Key Performance Indicators based on the objectives and competencies in order to measure employees' performance in an accurate manner.
  • Oversee the annual appraisal process.
  • Review performance management reports and updates for direct Manager to assist in the decision-making process.
  • Review on the probation period appraisal for all the company employees.
  • Evaluating and partnering with management to resolve employee interpersonal and work-related problems to determine effective mediation techniques, such as coaching, job skill training or intervention.
  • Follow up on executing the strategic and operational plan for the system of performance appraisal, training and career development.
  • Indicate performance improvement plan.
  • Following up on the performance improvement plan (meetings, forms &dates).
  • Coordinate with department managers to determine the future hiring needs.
  • Create and follow up on TNA.
  • Design training programs in line with the development strategy of the company.
  • Follow up on conducting training to instruct managers, supervisors, and employees.
  • Plan and organize external training for employees and its cost.
  • Follow up the design of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals.
  • Follow up on all the forms related to the HR department, such as employee handbook or directories or performance evaluation form.

  • Implement for the policies and presenting them to the current and new employees. 
  • Investigate and determine employee needs.
  • Follow and handle complaints and conflicts.

Bachelor’s degree in business / Human Resources. Certification strongly preferred: SPHR, PHR, SHRM- HRM+5 years of experience preferred in FactoriesExcellent English (Read, Written and Spoken)Accountability for Results Excellent communication skills Cross-cultural sensitivity and experience Flexible and adaptable to changing demands Priorities in a high-pressure environment Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyResults-oriented, proactive, deadline-driven Commitment to ongoing professional development
