We’re Hiring: Telesales Specialist
Can you turn a conversation into an opportunity? We’re looking for a confident, persuasive Telesales Specialist to join a well-known marketing company.
Location: District 5, New Cairo
Work model: Hybrid — 3 days on-site and 2 days from home per week
What you’ll do:
• Reach out to potential clients and introduce our course services.
• Understand client needs and recommend relevant solutions.
• Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and close sales.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain accurate sales records.
• Work toward agreed sales targets.
What we’re looking for:
• Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A persuasive communicator who can build rapport and negotiate confidently.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
• A background in marketing or media buying is preferred.

مهامك:
• التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين وتقديم خدماتنا التدريبية.
• فهم احتياجات العملاء واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.
• المتابعة مع العملاء المحتملين، التعامل مع الاعتراضات، وإتمام المبيعات.
• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للمبيعات.
• العمل لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات المتفق عليها.
ما نبحث عنه:
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة، مع مهارات تواصل قوية شفهياً وكتابياً.
• القدرة على الإقناع وبناء علاقة جيدة والتفاوض بثقة.
• مهارات قوية في المتابعة، والتنظيم، وإدارة الوقت.
• يفضل وجود خلفية في التسويق أو شراء الوسائط (Media Buying).
