A leading company in the is looking for an experienced Head of Procurement to lead local and international purchasing activities and drive procurement excellence across its industrial operations.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead local and international sourcing and supplier selection activities.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service-level agreements.

• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from purchase requisitions to delivery and invoicing.

• Ensure the timely availability of raw materials, machinery spare parts, and operational supplies.

• Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

• Monitor procurement KPIs, supplier performance, lead times, and purchasing costs.

• Manage supply chain risks and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

• Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

• 10–15 years of progressive procurement experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience in local and international procurement within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Strong expertise in sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management.

• Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• High professional integrity and ethical standards.

• Very good command of English.
