Sales Planning: Develop the projects' sales plan and work on its execution after approval. Set monthly and annual sales targets and the number of sales visits for the sales team. Fully responsible for achieving the projects' sales department target as defined in the monthly work plan; responsible for following up with sales engineers in achieving the monthly and annual goals set in the sales plan. Prepare a comprehensive survey plan for engineering consultancy offices, companies, factories, hospitals, universities, schools, tourist villages, city authorities, organizations, hotels, etc., and prepare reports and registration in the client database. Prepare a weekly report on completed work and client visits (including the company or entity, name of the contact person, phone number, address, what was presented, and the outcome of the meeting/visit; collections and debt report; report on samples, their delivery dates, and return dates to the company). Supervision and control over specifying company products through project consultants for quantities and specifications. Analyze and provide opinions on technical and price proposals for tenders. Analyze reports from the sales team and sales visits, and provide recommendations to correct the sales performance path. Manage all transactions related to tenders or practices with various entities and report to the Chairman of the Board. Customer Follow-up and Profitability: Follow up on the implementation of contracts signed with clients. Ensure customer satisfaction, take measures to prevent the recurrence of customer problems, and submit reports. Take all necessary measures to increase project profitability and reduce sales expenses. Propose advanced methods to discover available sales opportunities and work to capitalize on them. Participate in developing and implementing appropriate plans to increase the company's market share by increasing the number of new project clients. Evaluate the performance of project staff, approve their bonuses, incentives, and penalties, and report to the direct manager.
