Develop a maintenance plan while reducing costs.
Conduct periodic inspections of pipes and address leaks in bathrooms.
Perform periodic inspections and troubleshoot malfunctions and errors in sewage systems.
Ensure water reaches all university appliances and water heaters.
Adjust the length and dimensions of pipes and other plumbing materials according to building needs.
Use pipe cutters as needed.
Install cooling systems, heating systems, and water heaters.
Test plumbing systems to detect leaks and other issues.
Select plumbing materials based on budget, location, and building usage.
Follow security and safety rules.
Prepare reports on issues.
Examine plumbing systems to identify and replace damaged parts.
Maintain site cleanliness after work completion.
