About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Junior Video Editor to join our team in New Cairo. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling through motion and stills. You will be responsible for creating engaging video montages, shooting photography, and producing high-performing short-form content for social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing & Montage: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos, including cinematic montages, highlight reels, and promotional content.
• Short-Form Content (Reels/TikTok): Create, edit, and optimize vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This includes adding captions, transitions, sound effects, and trending audio.
• Photography: Capture high-quality photos (product, event, or lifestyle) as needed for social media and marketing materials.
• Color Grading & Sound: Perform basic color correction and audio mixing to ensure professional output.
• Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and execute them from start to finish.
• File Management: Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and final exports on the company server.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in video editing (portfolio required).
• Software Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of After Effects (for motion graphics) and Photoshop/Lightroom (for photo editing) is a strong plus.
• Photography Skills: Ability to shoot with a DSLR/Mirrorless camera and understand lighting and composition.
• Reels Expertise: Deep understanding of current social media trends, transitions, and platform-specific formats.
• Attention to Detail: Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Location: Must be able to commute to New Cairo daily.
