Experience in the electrical appliances field is preferred. Supervising the sales team and distributing tasks and sales territories among them. Following up on the execution of daily and monthly sales plans and targets. Monitoring the performance of each team member and analyzing results compared to targets. Training and guiding sales team members and developing their sales skills. Following up with existing clients and working to increase retention rates. Assisting in attracting new clients and expanding the customer base. Monitoring market trends, competitors, prices, and offers, and submitting necessary reports. Ensuring the sales team's adherence to company policies and procedures. Following up on team visits, calls, orders, and sales quotations. Handling sales issues and complaints, and escalating cases that require management intervention. Preparing periodic reports on sales, team performance, and target achievement status. Coordinating with other departments such as warehousing, accounting, and customer service to ensure smooth sales operations. Proposing ideas and offers that help increase sales and improve team performance. Following up on client dues collection in coordination with the finance department, when needed. Performing any other tasks related to the nature of the work assigned by the Sales Manager. Qualifications and Experience: Suitable higher qualification, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent. Previous experience in sales, preferably with supervisory experience. Good experience in managing and following up with sales teams. Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to analyze sales data and reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to prepare reports and track performance indicators.
