Duties and Responsibilities: Developing and implementing the HR plan in alignment with operational needs and expansion in contracts and sites. Leading the recruitment and hiring processes for security personnel, supervisors, and administrative roles, and developing recruitment channels that ensure providing required numbers on schedule. Monitoring site shortages in coordination with the Operations Department, analyzing reasons for turnover, and developing solutions to reduce employee turnover and absenteeism. Supervising personnel affairs, including contracts, files, leaves, social insurance, hiring procedures, and termination of service. Supervising the preparation and review of payroll, attendance, overtime, and deductions, in coordination with the Operations and Finance departments. Ensuring compliance with labor law and relevant regulations, and following up on interactions with labor offices, insurance, and competent authorities. Developing policies, procedures, job descriptions, performance appraisal systems, wages, and incentives. Managing employee relations, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary procedures in a fair and disciplined manner. Organizing onboarding and training programs in coordination with relevant departments, and tracking their effectiveness. Developing the use of HR systems and issuing periodic reports to management on recruitment, turnover, absenteeism, and labor costs. Leading the HR team, distributing responsibilities, monitoring performance, and conducting site visits as needed. Qualifications and Experience Required: Appropriate university degree. At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources, including 3 years in a managerial position. Hands-on experience in labor-intensive companies with multiple sites, preferably in security and guarding, facilities management, or outsourcing services companies. Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, personnel affairs, and payroll management. Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, reducing employee turnover rates, and managing HR teams. Proficiency in Excel and HR management systems, with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports. Proficiency in English to handle correspondence and client requirements. Firm and fair leadership personality, with communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
