Role Description The Senior Technical Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for leading the design and governance of complex technical solutions across the organization. This role involves defining technical architectures for core business systems, leading solution design workshops, and collaborating with software development teams to ensure implementations align with architectural standards and business requirements. The Senior Technical Architect will oversee integration between internal and external systems, establish best practices for performance, scalability, and security, and maintain architectural documentation and roadmaps. Daily activities include reviewing technical designs and code, advising on technology choices, resolving architectural issues, and partnering with business and operations stakeholders to ensure solutions support long-term enterprise objectives.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Technical Architecture and Solution Architecture, with experience designing robust, scalable, and secure systems.
• Hands-on background in Software Development, including guiding development teams and reviewing technical implementations.
• Proficiency in Integration design and implementation, covering APIs, data exchange, and system interoperability.
• Solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles, frameworks, and governance in complex organizational environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience leading technical projects in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to document architectures and standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in New Cairo.
