Job Description
The Ocean Export Agent is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate movement of ocean export freight while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, monitoring cargo movement, and collaborating with customers, carriers, and internal teams to support efficient global transportation solutions.
- Coordinate and manage ocean export shipments from booking through final departure.
- Prepare and review shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Arrange bookings and routing with ocean carriers and service providers.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively address exceptions or delays.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational data.
- Communicate shipment updates and provide timely support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and international trade regulations.
- Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting operational deadlines.
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

الوصف الوظيفي
يكون وكيل التصدير البحري مسؤولاً عن ضمان حركة شحن التصدير البحري بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب مع تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية. يتضمن هذا الدور تنسيق الشحنات، وإعداد المستندات، ومراقبة حركة البضائع، والتعاون مع العملاء وشركات النقل والفرق الداخلية لدعم حلول النقل العالمية الفعالة.
- تنسيق وإدارة شحنات التصدير البحري بدءاً من الحجز وحتى المغادرة النهائية.
- إعداد ومراجعة مستندات الشحن لضمان الدقة والامتثال.
- ترتيب الحجوزات ومسارات الشحن مع ناقلي الشحن البحري ومزودي الخدمات.
- متابعة تقدم الشحنات ومعالجة الاستثناءات أو التأخيرات بشكل استباقي.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الشحن والبيانات التشغيلية الدقيقة.
- توصيل تحديثات الشحن تقديم الدعم في الوقت المناسب للعملاء والأطراف المعنية الداخلية.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات الشركة ولوائح التجارة الدولية.
- تقديم مستوى عالٍ من خدمة العملاء مع الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية التشغيلية.
المؤهلات
- يُفضل الحصول على درجة جامعية أو ما يعادلها من خبرة.
- تعتبر الخبرة في مجال شحن البضائع، أو اللوجستيات، أو سلسلة التوريد، أو مجال ذي صلة ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة في بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة.
- مهارات اتصال وحل مشكلات فعالة.
- إتقان تطبيقات Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel وOutlook.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
