Role Description The Oracle ERP Senior Financial Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for leading Oracle ERP financial modules implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training. The consultant will analyze existing business processes, recommend improvements, and ensure alignment between financial operations and system functionality. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with finance and business stakeholders, preparing functional documentation, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting ongoing enhancements and upgrades. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, coordinating with technical teams, and contributing to project planning and delivery to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of financial business processes and workflows within corporate environments. Proficiency in analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify issues, and propose effective solutions. Proven experience in ERP implementations, including full project lifecycle for Oracle ERP financial modules. Deep knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts, architecture, and integration with other business systems. Solid finance domain expertise, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and budgeting. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials, CPA, CMA) are an advantage. Experience working in automotive or similar asset-intensive industries is beneficial. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within agreed timelines. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
