Role Description The Application Senior Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for overseeing application-related operations and ensuring efficient service delivery. The role includes supervising a team that provides technical support to internal and external stakeholders, monitoring application performance, and coordinating with IT and business units to resolve issues and implement improvements. The Application Senior Supervisor will manage daily workflows, prioritize and escalate complex cases, and ensure adherence to service level agreements and quality standards. This role also involves analyzing operational data, preparing performance reports, and contributing to process optimization initiatives. The supervisor will support staff development through coaching and training, help maintain strong customer service outcomes, and promote best practices in application use across the organization. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.- Strong experience with C#, ASP. NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and . NET.- Experience with Postgre SQL and/or SQL Server.- Knowledge of React or Angular.- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Fluent in English.
