Key Responsibilities Engage prospective students through calls, meetings, and structured follow-ups Present the value of Cambridge Business Academy’s programs and explain program benefits Leverage British Eagles’ AACSB membership to build trust and credibility Guide students through the full admissions process with clarity and professionalism Maintain accurate student lead records using the CRM system Collaborate with the wider sales and admissions team to achieve enrolment targets Requirements Bachelor’s degree – Graduates only.• Proven experience in Sales is required.• Experience in Education is highly preferred.• Very Good to Excellent English – MUST.• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.• Strong Negotiation, Persuasion & Closing Skills.• Excellent ability to build and maintain client relationships.• Strong commercial awareness and customer-oriented approach.• Target-driven with a proven commitment to achieving sales results.• Highly motivated, confident, and professional.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
