Key Responsibilities Conduct daily in-market sales and stock performance analysis to provide timely and accurate business insights Monitor and evaluate pricing, discounts, and profitability by SKU and account to support margin improvement Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes by validating assumptions and improving accuracy of outcomes Partner with commercial and operational teams to support key business decisions through cash flow tracking and financial analysis, including KSA-related projects Manage and control online revenue streams and stock performance across digital platforms Prepare regular financial and management reports to highlight risks, opportunities, and performance trends Provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and profitability Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen financial discipline and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field4-7 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis, or Business Finance Professional certifications such as CMA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA are an advantage Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting Strong experience in commercial analysis and profitability management Demonstrated success in business partnering with commercial and cross-functional teams Evidence of contribution to business growth and process improvement initiatives

المسؤوليات الرئيسية: إجراء تحليل يومي لأداء المبيعات والمخزون في السوق لتقديم رؤى أعمال دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب. مراقبة وتقييم الأسعار والخصومات والربحية حسب وحدة حفظ المخزون (SKU) والحساب لدعم تحسين الهوامش. دعم عمليات التنبؤ والميزانية والتخطيط المالي من خلال التحقق من الافتراضات وتحسين دقة النتائج. الشراكة مع الفرق التجارية والتشغيلية لدعم قرارات العمل الرئيسية من خلال تتبع التدفق النقدي والتحليل المالي، بما في ذلك المشاريع المتعلقة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. إدارة ومراقبة تدفقات الإيرادات عبر الإنترنت وأداء المخزون عبر المنصات الرقمية. إعداد تقارير مالية وإدارية منتظمة لتسليط الضوء على المخاطر والفرص واتجاهات الأداء. تقديم توصيات قابلة للتنفيذ لتحسين أداء الأعمال والكفاءة التشغيلية والربحية. التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لتعزيز الانضباط المالي ودعم المبادرات الاستراتيجية.
المتطلبات:
درجة البكالوريوس في التمويل أو المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة. 4-7 سنوات من الخبرة في التخطيط والتحليل المالي (FP&A) أو التمويل التجاري أو التحليل المالي أو تمويل الأعمال. الشهادات المهنية مثل CMA أو ACCA أو CFA أو MBA تعتبر ميزة. خبرة مثبتة في التنبؤ والميزانية وإعداد التقارير الإدارية. خبرة قوية في التحليل التجاري وإدارة الربحية. نجاح مثبت في الشراكة التجارية مع الفرق التجارية ومتعددة الوظائف. دليل على المساهمة في نمو الأعمال ومبادرات تحسين العمليات.
