Role Description The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and construction drawings based on design concepts, specifications, and engineering standards. Day-to-day tasks include translating architectural designs into accurate CAD drawings, updating plans based on feedback, and coordinating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design consistency and clarity. The role involves revising drawings to reflect site conditions, maintaining drawing documentation, and supporting planning and design meetings with technical input. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ad-Duqqi, requiring regular collaboration with the project team and adherence to project timelines and quality requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for detailed project documentation. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Architecture and Planning to support design development and project coordination. Candidates should possess proficient Drawing skills, including CAD software proficiency (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, or similar tools). Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field. Attention to detail, ability to interpret technical specifications, and capability to work within established standards and procedures. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site within multidisciplinary teams. Experience in engineering consultancy or construction environments in Saudi Arabia or Egypt is considered an advantage.
