Role Description The Metal Production Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Markaz El Wasta. The Metal Production Engineer will oversee daily metal production activities, including planning, organizing, and monitoring manufacturing processes to meet output, cost, and quality targets. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing production workflows, coordinating with maintenance and operations teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves analyzing production data, troubleshooting issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and waste reduction. The Metal Production Engineer will also prepare technical reports, collaborate with management and cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with supervisors and shop-floor personnel to keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering skills with experience in metal manufacturing environments. Candidates should possess solid Production Planning skills, including workflow optimization and resource allocation. Candidates should possess robust Quality Control skills, with the ability to maintain and improve product and process standards. Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify root causes, and drive process improvements. Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for coordinating with technical teams, supervisors, and management. Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or equivalent technical field). Knowledge of safety regulations, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
