Key Responsibilities:
- Lead software development projects from planning to production.
- Design and maintain scalable software architecture.
- Supervise, mentor, and support the development team.
- Ensure code quality, security, and best development practices.
- Oversee AI/LLM integration into software products.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, and system performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and technology innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience with C#, ASP. NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and . NET.
- Experience with Postgre SQL and/or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of React or Angular.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.

- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة في الأعمال لتقديم حلول تقنية.
- دفع عجلة التحسين المستمر والابتكار التقني.
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، أو هندسة البرمجيات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي.
- خبرة قوية في C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, و .NET.
- خبرة في Postgre SQL و/أو SQL Server.
- معرفة بـ React أو Angular.
- تعتبر الخبرة في Docker, CI/CD, AWS, أو Azure ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة عملية في دمج تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI/LLM) وهندسة البرمجيات الحديثة.
- مهارات قوية في القيادة، والتواصل، وحل المشكلات.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
