Key Responsibilities Track and organize invoices and receipts across UAE and Europe entities Match payments to the correct company and payment processor Maintain financial clarity and accurate records across a multi-entity structure Reconcile transactions and flag discrepancies in a timely manner Keep documentation audit-ready and easy to retrieve across entities Candidate Profile Fluent in English, both written and spoken Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally across multiple entities or currencies Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working across UAE and European financial/payment systems Proficient with accounting tools (Xero, Quick Books, or similar) and spreadsheets Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive financial data Why This Role Work remotely with an international, multi-entity company Gain experience navigating cross-border bookkeeping and financial systems Build a long-term, in-demand skill set in multi-entity finance operations Work directly with founders and decision-makers
