Saudi German Health is Hiring | Group Culture & Engagement Supervisor
we are looking for a passionate and creative Group Culture & Engagement Supervisor to join our Egypt Offshore Office and support culture and employee engagement initiatives across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute employee engagement and culture initiatives across the organization.• Plan engagement campaigns, events, recognition programs, and employee experience activities.• Support initiatives that strengthen organizational values and workplace culture.• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities.• Partner with HR teams and business leaders across different entities to drive engagement initiatives.• Support internal communication campaigns and culture-related content.• Track engagement metrics and prepare reports on the effectiveness of initiatives.• Bring creative ideas to enhance employee connection, belonging, and overall experience.
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 4–6 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, or a related HR function.• Previous experience within a large or multi-entity organization is preferred.• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.• Creative mindset with strong event and project management capabilities.• Excellent command of English and Arabic.• Based in Cairo, Egypt.
