Tulua Development & HDP (Housing and Development Properties) is growing, and we're looking for a Licensing Specialist to keep our projects moving smoothly through every approval and permit stage.
Location: New Cairo
Responsibilities: Prepare and submit licensing and permit applications for ongoing projects Coordinate with government authorities to follow up on approvals Monitor license validity, renewals, and compliance deadlines Keep licensing records and legal documentation well-organized Ensure all developments meet municipal and regulatory standards Work closely with internal teams to collect required documents
Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Law, Engineering, Business, or related field) 2–5 years of experience in licensing, permits, or government relations Strong understanding of local licensing procedures in real estate/construction Excellent follow-up, patience, and negotiation skills Fluency in Arabic and English
