MEP Site Engineer - Team Leader
-Job Description:
-Oversee and manage all on-site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.-Spearhead a dedicated team of engineers, providing expert guidance, fostering professional growth, and ensuring project milestones are met with precision.-Act as the primary technical point of contact, resolving complex engineering challenges and implementing innovative solutions on-site.-Implement rigorous quality control procedures and ensure all work complies with local and international engineering standards.-Optimize resource allocation, manage project schedules, and monitor budgets to achieve maximum efficiency and project profitability.

-Job Requirements:
-A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering roles.-Construction Background is a must.-Strong command of fundamental Engineering principles, particularly within MEP, Mechanical Engineering.-Having experience in Project Management, Site Supervision, and leading engineering teams to successful project delivery.-In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with HVAC Systems, Fire fighting, Plumbing Systems and Electrical Systems.
