We’re Hiring: Reservation Agents – Cairo
We are looking for 2 Reservation Agents to join our Operations Team in Nasr City, Cairo.
???? Location: Nasr City, Cairo
???? Type: Full-time | On-site
???? Schedule: Rotational shifts, including weekends & public holidays
???? Experience: Freshers are welcome — full training provided

Key Responsibilities
Handle hotel reservations, amendments & cancellations. Communicate with hotels, suppliers & travel agents. Follow up on pending bookings and resolve booking issues. Maintain accurate reservation records. Provide professional support to our travel agency partners.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma. Good English communication skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Basic Microsoft Office knowledge. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Travel/hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
