Handle and follow up on tax, labor, and commercial disputes and cases.
Provide legal advice to management and different departments.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Review legal documents and identify potential legal risks.
Coordinate with external lawyers and legal consultants when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience.
Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal agreements.
Proven experience handling tax, labor, and commercial cases.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor, commercial, and tax laws.
Excellent legal research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
