Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Smart Village, 6th of October, Giza, Egypt
Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team in Smart Village. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates through Linked In, job boards, recruitment platforms, databases, and other channels. Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies. Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress. Maintain accurate and updated candidate records on the recruitment system. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates. Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience. Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events. Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Strong experience in sourcing and screening candidates. Good knowledge of recruitment channels and tools, especially Linked In. Strong interviewing and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously. Good organizational and time-management skills. Good command of English.
