Direct Sales Executive – Consumer Finance | Outdoor Opportunities are available across multiple governorates in Egypt
Job Description We are hiring Direct Sales Executives – Consumer Finance (Outdoor) for Forsa.
About The Role The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers through field activities, developing merchant and corporate relationships, promoting consumer finance solutions, and achieving assigned sales and business development targets.
Key Responsibilities Acquire new customers through outdoor and field sales activities. Visit merchants, companies, and potential business partners. Present and explain consumer finance and installment solutions. Identify new corporate opportunities and develop business relationships. Close a minimum of 2 corporate deals per month. Follow up on customer applications until activation. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and corporate accounts. Follow the assigned weekly movement plan across branches and areas. Prepare and submit daily field activity reports.
Requirements Final-year university students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in Outdoor Sales, Direct Sales, B2B Sales, Banking, Retail, or Consumer Finance is considered a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and comfortable working in the field. Willingness to move between assigned areas and locations. Ability to build relationships with customers, merchants, and companies. Opportunities are available across multiple governorates in Egypt.
Key Performance Indicators Achievement of monthly sales targets. Number of customer and merchant visits. Minimum of 2 new corporate deals per month. Compliance with the assigned movement plan. Number of successful applications and activations. Timely submission of daily field reports.
