Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Specialist located in El Maadi. The Direct Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and promoting the company’s insurance products and services. Key responsibilities include delivering tailored solutions based on client needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role will also involve providing support and training to potential clients and participating in sales meetings and strategy development sessions.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Sales to build relationships and achieve targets Proficiency in conducting Training sessions to educate clients about insurance products and services Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales goals is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
