Connectalents is seeking a QS Engineer for a leading real estate developer delivering innovative residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects that are shaping the future of urban communities.
Job Role:Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets. Review tender documents and evaluate subcontractor quotations. Manage tendering processes and recommend award decisions. Negotiate contracts, variations, and supplier agreements. Administer contracts, interim payments, variation orders, and final accounts. Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Maintain accurate contractual and financial documentation. Coordinate with multiple contractors across development projects.
What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.2-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years of experience in large-scale real estate development projects (commercial malls and mixed-use developments). Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration. Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to read Auto CAD drawings. Experience with cost estimation software (Primavera or MS Project is a plus). Fluent in Arabic and English. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
