Role Description The Application Senior Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for overseeing the performance, availability, and reliability of key business applications. This role includes supervising an application support team, assigning and prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents, requests, and application-related issues. The Application Senior Supervisor coordinates with technical, operations, and business stakeholders to implement enhancements, manage releases, and maintain documentation and reporting. Daily responsibilities involve monitoring application KPIs, performing root-cause analysis, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and security policies. The role also includes mentoring team members, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to process improvements that enhance customer and user experience. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.- Strong experience with C#, ASP. NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and . NET.- Experience with Postgre SQL and/or SQL Server.- Knowledge of React or Angular.- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Fluent in English.
