Choco Rico is looking for a friendly and experienced Senior Retail Salesperson to join our team in Alexandria.

Key Responsibilities:* Welcome customers and help them choose suitable products.* Handle sales, cashier, and point-of-sale operations accurately.* Keep the store clean, organized, and visually attractive.* Arrange products and refill shelves when needed.* Follow up on stock levels and report shortages.* Support junior team members and maintain high customer-service standards.* Help achieve daily sales targets and create a pleasant customer experience.
Requirements:* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.* Good communication and selling skills.* Responsible, organized, and presentable.* Ability to work full time on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.* Able to work flexible shifts and as part of a team.* Experience with cashier/POS systems is preferred.* strong product knowledge and understanding of candies sweets and premium chocolate .* Demonstratede ability to meet sales targets and contribute to store performance.* Previous experience in confectionery, FMCG, or specialty retail is an advantage.* High level of reliability, integrity, and attention to detail in visual merchandising and store presentation.* minimum three years experience in retail field .
