Senior HRIS Specialist – SAP Success Factors Payroll & Time Tracking
Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and support SAP Success Factors Payroll and Time Tracking/Time Management functionalities. Manage payroll-related system configurations, employee data, payroll inputs, deductions, allowances, benefits, and recurring payments. Configure and maintain working schedules, factory shifts, attendance rules, overtime calculations, leave types, holidays, and time-off policies. Ensure the accurate integration of employee attendance and time data with payroll processing. Monitor payroll and time-management workflows, identify system issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions. Validate payroll and attendance data to ensure accuracy before each payroll cycle. Conduct payroll reconciliation and investigate discrepancies related to attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances, and employee master data. Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, approval processes, alerts, and role-based permissions. Support integrations between SAP Success Factors and payroll, biometric attendance, ERP, finance, and other third-party systems. Gather business requirements from HR, payroll, finance, IT, and operational stakeholders and translate them into system solutions. Coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, and technical teams regarding system enhancements and issue resolution. Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing. Support data migration, data validation, system upgrades, release management, and change requests. Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards related to payroll, attendance, overtime, absenteeism, leave balances, and workforce costs. Provide technical and functional support to HR, payroll, and system users across factories, farms, warehouses, and other operational locations. Prepare system documentation, process maps, configuration records, user guides, and training materials. Deliver training to HR, payroll, and operational users. Ensure employee data confidentiality, system security, and compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Recommend process and system improvements to enhance payroll accuracy, operational efficiency, and user experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HRIS experience using SAP Success Factors. Proven hands-on experience with Payroll and Time Tracking/Time Management is required. Previous experience within manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, agribusiness, food production, or similar operational environments is required. Experience managing payroll and time processes for shift-based, blue-collar, field-based, or multi-location workforces. Strong understanding of payroll processes, attendance management, shift scheduling, overtime, leave, deductions, allowances, and payroll reconciliation. Hands-on experience in system administration and functional configuration, not only as an end user. Experience configuring business rules, workflows, approval cycles, employee data, and role-based permissions. Experience integrating SAP Success Factors with payroll engines, biometric attendance systems, ERP, finance, or third-party applications. Practical experience in data validation, troubleshooting, system testing, and user support. Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and process improvements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
