We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team at Nextep Services. This role combines technical knowledge with business development, focusing on delivering construction and finishing solutions to consultants, contractors, and clients. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and contractors Prepare technical and commercial offers Follow up on projects from specification stage to closing Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, submittals, and delivery Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome) Strong communication and negotiation skills Good command of Auto CAD and Excel Own a car (required for site visits and client meetings)????
