What You'll Own:
Lead & Student Management– Be the first point of contact via phone, Whats App, and email. Qualify leads and match students to the right programs.
Guide & support – Run 15-min consultations, recommend universities, and walk students through applications, documents, and visa steps.
Crush your pipeline – Manage 10–20 active cases, follow up proactively, and use our CRM to keep every lead on track.
Represent us – Attend school visits and fairs to generate fresh leads.
Level up – Learn from senior mentors, weekly team huddles, and call reviews.
