Role Description The District Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Al Manşūrah, with a mix of on-site field work and some work-from-home flexibility. The District Manager oversees sales operations within the assigned territory, guiding a team to meet and exceed sales targets, market share objectives, and product penetration goals. Daily responsibilities include coaching and supporting sales representatives, conducting joint field visits, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring effective execution of marketing and sales strategies. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and key accounts, while ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. The District Manager also analyzes territory data, prepares regular reports, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and contributes to planning local initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives. Qualifications Proven district or area management experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare sales, with strong skills in team leadership, performance management, and coaching. Solid sales and account management skills, including territory planning, target setting, negotiation, and relationship-building with healthcare professionals and key accounts. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends, prepare reports, and use insights to drive strategic decisions and improve territory performance. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and work effectively in a hybrid environment. Clear, professional communication skills in en_US, with the ability to present, train, and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics in Egypt, and familiarity with ethical promotion standards and relevant regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, vet, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage. Comfort with digital tools and reporting systems, including CRM platforms and standard office software.
