• Manage and supervise all electrical and mechanical maintenance work within the factory. • Prepare, implement, and follow up on preventive, periodic, and corrective maintenance plans. • Monitor breakdowns and repairs, ensuring rapid response and minimizing downtime. • Analyze recurring faults and establish appropriate corrective and preventive measures. • Monitor the efficiency and performance of equipment and production lines, proposing necessary improvements. • Manage the maintenance team, assign tasks, and monitor performance levels. • Train and develop maintenance team members to enhance their technical competence. • Monitor requirements for spare parts, materials, and tools necessary for maintenance work. • Coordinate with the production department to ensure operational continuity and achieve production plans. • Prepare periodic reports on maintenance work, breakdowns, and performance rates. • Ensure compliance with safety procedures during all maintenance activities. • Supervise the work of contractors and technical service providers when necessary. • Contribute to preparing and monitoring the maintenance budget and cost optimization.
