Job Purpose
The HR Supervisor will support and supervise the effective delivery of HR services across the assigned business scope, ensuring efficient HR operations, employee support, recruitment coordination, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits administration, and HR compliance. The role will work closely with employees, managers, HR stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure consistent application of HR policies, accurate employee data, timely HR transactions, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR systems transactions, contracts, and employee support. Coordinate recruitment activities, including workforce requirements, candidate sourcing, screening, selection, offers, and onboarding, in collaboration with the relevant Talent Acquisition stakeholders. Support the implementation of performance management processes and ensure timely completion of performance-cycle activities. Coordinate Learning & Development activities, including training needs, development initiatives, and related HR programs. Support compensation and benefits administration, ensuring accurate employee data, benefits processing, and timely coordination of salary and payroll-related inputs. Coordinate employee benefits and insurance administration, including employee additions and deletions, claims, and related documentation and reporting. Support HR compliance and government-related activities, ensuring HR practices and employee records comply with applicable labor requirements and company policies. Prepare HR reports and provide relevant HR data and insights to support management decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, service quality, efficiency, and employee experience. Maintain effective communication with employees, managers, HR stakeholders, government authorities, service providers, and other external parties as required.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with previous supervisory or team-lead responsibilities. Strong practical knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management. Good understanding of recruitment, performance management, Learning & Development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration. Knowledge of applicable labor regulations and HR practices in the relevant country; regional HR exposure is an advantage. Experience working with HRIS systems and HR reporting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Strong English and Arabic communication skills. HR professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is an advantage. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
