We're hiring Technical Maintenance Supervisor Location: KSA - Jubail
Job Summary To supervise and manage the day-to-day maintenance activities of facilities and ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and availability of all building services and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:• Supervise daily maintenance activities and allocate tasks to technicians and maintenance workers.• Manage preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of: o HVAC and air-conditioning systems o Electrical systems o Plumbing and water systems o Pumps and related equipment o Building and general facilities• Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.• Inspect facilities regularly and identify technical problems and maintenance requirements.• Supervise technicians and monitor their performance, attendance, and productivity.• Coordinate with external maintenance contractors and service providers when required.• Follow up on maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment requirements.• Maintain maintenance records and prepare regular reports on completed and pending works.• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company maintenance standards.• Respond to urgent breakdowns and coordinate the required corrective actions.• Monitor the quality of maintenance work and ensure proper completion.• Identify recurring problems and recommend practical solutions to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
Qualifications & Experience:• Technical Diploma / Vocational Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or a related technical field.• Must have experience in Saudi Arabia• Minimum 5–8 years of practical experience in facilities maintenance.• Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role is required.• Strong hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.• Experience supervising multi-skilled technicians and maintenance workers.• Experience in residential compounds, hotels, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, or similar environments is preferred.
