* Job Requirements & Qualifications:
-Background: Call Center experience with a mandatory GSM background in a telecom environment.
Experience:
-Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as a Quality Specialist GSM (or Acting as Quality).
-Minimum 6 months of experience as a Customer Service / Quality Task in the telecom industry.
-Industry Required Background : experience in Telecommunication companies (Vodafone, Orange, X-Etisalat Misr, X-WE, DU, AT&T, or Verizon or etc..).
-Language: Excellent English proficiency (B2+ to C1 level is a must).
