We're hiring a Senior PnR Engineer to own physical implementation on customer projects, including 22nm work. You'll handle synthesis through timing sign-off using proprietary tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens), partner with foundries on tape-out submission, and serve as a senior IC on our small core silicon team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6+ years PnR experience with at least one sub-65nm tape-out shipped
- Synopsys ICC2 / Fusion Compiler OR Cadence Innovus production expertise
- Timing sign-off (Synopsys PrimeTime or Cadence Tempus) fluency
- Physical verification sign-off experience with Siemens Calibre (industry standard) or Synopsys IC Validator or Cadence Pegasus
- BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 22nm or smaller node physical design experience
- Power and IR closure tools Ansys RedHawk-SC, Cadence Voltus, or Synopsys PrimePower
- OpenROAD or other OSS PnR familiarity
- Multi-patterning sign-off experience (DPT/TPT)
- Experience leading PnR sub-teams or methodology
