Responsible for planning and organizing and orienting all production process and schedules.
Assessing project and resource requirements.
Estimating negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
Determining quality control standard.
Meeting with shift supervisors and heads of production departments to discuss the results achieved from the production line and participate in making proposed amendments to the established policies or operational plans.
Make training plan with HR department for production stuff to raise the scientific and practical efficiency.
Overseeing production processes.
Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
Supervising the work of junior staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Suitable bachelor s degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a production manager in industrial field
- Glass field or aluminum field will be preferred
- Cairo resident only
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Superior attention to details
- Strong Leadership Skills
- More than 5 years
مسؤول عن التخطيط والتنظيم وتوجيه جميع عمليات الإنتاج والجداول الزمنية.
تقييم متطلبات المشروع والموارد.
تقدير التفاوض والاتفاق على الميزانيات والفترات الزمنية مع العملاء والمديرين.
التأكد من الالتزام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة.
تحديد معايير ضبط الجودة.
الاجتماع مع مشرفي الورديات ورؤساء أقسام الإنتاج لمناقشة النتائج المحققة من خط الإنتاج والمشاركة في وضع التعديلات المقترحة للسياسات المعمول بها أو خطط التشغيل.
وضع خطة تدريب مع قسم الموارد البشرية لفريق الإنتاج لرفع الكفاءة العلمية والعملية.
الإشراف على عمليات الإنتاج.
إعادة التفاوض حول الأوقات الزمنية أو الجداول عند الحاجة.
تنظيم إصلاح وصيانة المعدات الإنتاجية الروتينية.
الإشراف على عمل الموظفين الشباب.
ملف المرشح المطلوب
- شهادة بكالوريوس مناسبة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمدير إنتاج في المجال الصناعي
- يفضل مجال الزجاج أو الألومنيوم
- الإقامة في القاهرة فقط
- مهارات اتصال وتقديم عرض شخصية قوية
- انتباه عالي للتفاصيل
- مهارات قيادية قوية
- أكثر من 5 سنوات
