Raya Trade one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring an Accountant
What will you do?
-
Responsible for collecting transactions (cash and cheques) and recording them in the Accounts Receivable and General Ledger modules
-
Responsible for cheque clearance and handling bounced cheques in the AR module
-
Ensures the recollection of bounced cheques
-
Responsible for processing debit and credit memo transactions in the AR module
-
Verifies Accounts Receivable ending balances
-
Responsible for Accounts Receivable and General Ledger reconciliation
-
Monitors the application of payment terms and customer credit limits
-
Responsible for balance confirmations for sister companies
-
Manages customer guarantee cheques and letters of guarantee (LGs)
-
Performs other related duties as assigned

مسؤول عن جمع المعاملات (نقداً وشيكات) وتسجيلها في وحدات الذمم المدينة والدفتر العام

مسؤول عن تصفية الشيكات والتعامل مع الشيكات المرتجعة في وحدة الذمم المدينة

يضمن استرداد الشيكات المرتجعة

مسؤول عن معالجة معاملات سندات الخصم والائتمان في وحدة الذمم المدينة
-
يتحقق من الأرصدة النهائية للذمم المدينة
-
مسؤول عن التسوية بين الذمم المدينة والدفتر العام
-
يتابع تطبيق شروط الدفع والحدود الائتمانية للعملاء
-
مسؤول عن تأكيدات الرصيد للشركات الشقيقة
-
يدير شيكات ضمان العملاء وخطابات الضمان (LGs)
-
أداء واجبات أخرى ذات صلة حسب التكليف
