Role Description:
The Junior Graphic Designer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Alexandria, Egypt, with some flexibility for work from home. The individual in this role will support the design team by creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, and basic UI elements. Day-to-day tasks include developing layouts, applying brand guidelines, preparing files for production, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent visual communication. The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in refining design concepts, iterating based on feedback, and maintaining an organized library of design assets for ongoing projects.

Qualifications:Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with an understanding of visual composition and layout principles. Ability to create and refine Logo Design and Branding elements that align with established brand guidelines. Knowledge of Typography, including font pairing, hierarchy, and readability across digital and print media. Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent). Portfolio demonstrating creative work in marketing materials, social media assets, or basic brand design. Attention to detail, ability to follow creative direction, and openness to constructive feedback. Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
